ABOUT TANYA

I am a registered Performance Nutritionist who specialises in elite human performance, wellbeing and weight management. I use an evidence based approach and offer medical grade metabolic assessments that allow the individual to completely understand their specific dietary requirements and deficiencies. I have provided education on best nutrition practices and offered nutrition support to a wide range of clients:

My nutrition philosophy is a “food-first approach.” I want my clients to completely rely on the power of food to reach their peak potential in a way that fits within their lifestyle and can be sustained. I ensure my client and I work together to develop a clear plan to achieve their ultimate goal. No matter whom the individual is, whether they’re an elite athlete or just starting their nutrition journey, I will always provide them with the same level of attention.

My qualifications include a Master’s of Science (MSc) degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences. I am a registered sport and exercise nutrition practitioner on the SENr and affiliated with the British Dietetic Association. My other credentials include being a UKAD Accredited Advisor and a certified ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist.
